Ahrism1 is a private, non-commercial social club and fan-driven collective. We are not a corporate entity, business, or independent legal organization. Ahrism1 was established solely to celebrate the characters and universe created by Riot Games. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Riot Games, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

2. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Ahrism1 operates under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" Fan Content Policy. All characters, names, intellectual properties, and official artwork (including but not limited to Ahri, K/DA, and Spirit Blossom) are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Any references to these properties across our community hubs, search engine listings, or digital directories (including items listed as "$0.00 Products") are intended strictly as non-commercial wayfinding links for fans, not commercial goods or services.

3. Internal Terminology & Personnel

To provide a high-fidelity, organized experience for our members, Ahrism1 utilizes structured, professional terminology across our platforms. Please note the following regarding our operational framework:

Careers & Staffing: Any references to "Careers," "Staff Applications," or departmental divisions (such as Administration, Security, Hospitality, Marketing, or Intelligence) refer strictly to unpaid, 100% volunteer-based community leadership roles. Ahrism1 does not employ individuals, issue payroll, or maintain an employer-employee relationship.

Security & Intelligence: Teams designated under "Security" or "Intelligence" operate purely as community moderators enforcing our internal guidelines and ensuring server safety against spam, phishing, and other malicious conduct.

Procedural Action: Any references to "procedural error," "valid disciplinary action," or "internal affairs" within our Help Center refer exclusively to the internal rule enforcement of our Discord and Reddit social clubs— not to a legally binding judicial framework— such as the Ahrism1 Global Rights.

Plural Language: While structured terminology such as “we,” “team,” “us,” “our,” and similar plural pronouns are used for clarity and presentation, the majority of operations are managed by the sole founder of Ahrism1.

4. Community Governance & "Global Rights"

The "Global Rights," "Community Guidelines," and other policies provided within our network are internal codes of conduct designed to foster a safe, equitable, and transparent environment for our members. They function as the terms of participation for our private social club and do not constitute external legal rights, binding contracts, or sovereign governance.

5. Financial Transparency & Membership Recognition

Ahrism1 is a fan-run Social Club funded by the community, for the community. Our financial model operates on a voluntary support basis that funds operational costs, infrastructure, and continued development of the community.

Support: Ahrism1 is overwhelmingly founded by its founder and primary contributor. We maintain a Patreon presence and accept Discord Server Boosts to allow members to voluntarily contribute to the high infrastructure costs of Ahrism1. Despite this, less than 5% of our expenses have ever been covered by one-off donations.

Recognition: To show appreciation for those who help maintain our communities, we may offer aesthetic rewards such as specialized Discord roles or non-monetary perks.

No Monetary Value: All perks associated with Patreon or Server Boosting are of no monetary value. Contributions support operational expenses and the founder’s efforts in maintaining and expanding the community. They do not constitute the sale, licensing, or distribution of Riot Games intellectual property.

Growth Initiatives: We fund community visibility through platforms such as Reddit and Instagram advertisements and maintain our digital presence to promote responsible community growth and awareness.
