a) This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") is revised as of: January 1, 2022.
b) The purpose of this Policy is to outline what information we, as a community, keep on file of our members, how we process it, why we collect it, what we do with it, and how we keep it secure.
c) We ensure compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations in Ontario, Canada, in the collection and use of the information we collect. We further ensure to respect the integrity and privacy of our members and to utilize their personal information in an appropriate manner.
d) This Policy is not a contract of any nature, and no rights, conditions or obligations arise from this Policy. If a separate contract between us and our members exists, such contract shall be applied in conjunction with this Policy. Inconsistencies, if any, shall be dealt with by us. Members may provide notice of inconsistencies should the need arise.

a) This Policy applies to all members of our community, including those on our Discord servers, websites, and any other online or offline platforms where we provide our Services. This includes prospective members who are in the process of joining our community.
b) Any use of our members' personal information outside of the parameters of this Policy or a separate contract will only be done with the express written consent of the member.
c) This Policy applies to third parties with whom any member deals, including emergency contacts.
3. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
a) The collection of personal information may be a necessary business need which arises during the account creation process and the use of our Services. Information collected may also include personal information required when participating in opt-in communications or connecting a member's account to a third-party service, such as Twitch.
b) Third party information provided to Ahrism1 shall be collected and kept on file. This includes information from other online communities or platforms, educational institutions, and law enforcement, as well as information provided by members themselves.
c) The personal information that Ahrism1 collects from you is as follows:

To personalize a member's experience on our Services

To communicate with members, such as to send newsletters or updates if they opt-in to receive them

We only process your Personal Data where we are permitted by law or required to do so, including where we must process Personal Data for your employment with us, where we have a legal obligation to do so as your employer, for legitimate business purposes, to protect your vital interests, or if we have your consent to do so. e) Information about members may be created by us, such as account activity, while a member is in the course of using our Services.
f) The information that we collect and create about our members may be stored on our servers or on the servers of third-party service providers. We take appropriate measures to ensure the security of this information and to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
